Charles Freeman's melodic crooning and awe-striking vocal range have drawn comparisons from Ed Sheeran to Majid Jordan. With a voice that will cut open your soul, this Toronto-based Panamanian-Canadian singer engulfs the clever wordplay of his lyrics through his renowned unmistakable vocal and aching falsetto that's both raw and delicate yet, emotionally, enormous in scope. Charles' vocals take on different auras that change based on the backdrops they're placed against, generating a wave of in-demand producers and songwriters alike, currently tapping him to sing on a variety of projects.

In all, there are two different polarizing energies at play in Charles' music. On one hand, he reflects an outward-looking spirit as a prolific collaborator lending his vocal and production talents to a variety of artists working in pop, urban and R&B music today. On the other, his solo work is incredibly introspective with a strong sense of total creative control.
Last June, Freeman released his sophomore EP, ANODYNE (his first release with FORESEEN Entertainment in June 2018) with five tracks that enticed the object of his affection while understanding the beauty of the journey, no matter the destination. Its lead single "Say", received notable placements on streaming services including Spotify's Fresh Finds and Apple Music's Breaking R&B.
ANODYNE served as a refined follow-up to Charles Freeman's independent debut EP, ANGEL (released June 2017) which drifted on an alternative-R&B sound, balancing in-between moody sonic romance that is uniquely his own. Its lead single "Summerland" also received notable placements on streaming services including Spotify's New Music Friday Canada, Apple Music's Best Of The Week and TIDAL Rising.
